Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Lighthouse Signals ("we," "us," the "Service") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE] limited liability company. You can reach us at [SUPPORT@YOURDOMAIN.COM].
By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
2. What the Service is
The Service publishes standardized trade signals and market commentary relating to gold (XAU/USD). Every subscriber receives the same signals at the same time, in the same form.
A signal typically includes a direction, an entry price, a stop level, one or more target levels, a suggested risk expressed as a percentage of account equity, and a short written explanation of the setup.
3. What the Service is not
The Service does not provide personalized investment advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation tailored to you. Signals are not based on, and are not tailored to, your account size, your existing positions, your financial situation, your investment objectives, your risk tolerance, or any other characteristic specific to you. We do not know these things about you and do not ask.
We do not manage, direct, or place trades in any subscriber account. We do not have trading authority over any account. We will not advise you on whether a signal is suitable for your circumstances, what dollar position size you should take, or whether you should be trading at all. If you want advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.
We are not a broker, and we are not affiliated with any broker. You choose your own broker and place your own orders.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that subscribing to and acting on published market commentary is lawful where you live.
5. Subscription, pricing, and renewal
The subscription is [$7.00] for the first month, then [$25.00] per month thereafter. The introductory rate applies to your first billing period only.
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month at the then-current standard rate, charged to the payment method you provided, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend access until payment succeeds.
We may change pricing on notice. A price change will not take effect for an existing subscriber until at least 30 days after we notify you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through the customer portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing us at [SUPPORT@YOURDOMAIN.COM]. Cancellation stops the next charge.
When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded. [ADD OR AMEND ANY FURTHER REFUND POLICY HERE — AND MAKE SURE IT MATCHES WHAT YOUR CHECKOUT PAGE SAYS.]
7. Access, sharing, and conduct
Your subscription grants one person access to the signal channel. Sharing your invite link, forwarding signals to non-subscribers, reselling, or republishing our content is a breach of these Terms, and we may remove your access without refund.
The signal channel is a broadcast channel. Where discussion is permitted, we answer questions about a published setup. We do not answer questions about your individual account, your position sizing in dollars, or your personal financial circumstances, and asking repeatedly after being told so may result in removal.
8. Risk disclosure
Trading futures, options on futures, and spot precious metals involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial deposit.
Signals reach their stop and close at a loss regularly. Losing trades are a normal and expected part of any trading method. A stop level does not guarantee an exit at that price — gold gaps at the weekly open and around economic data releases, and your order may fill materially worse than the stated level.
Do not subscribe with money you cannot afford to lose. Consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources, and other circumstances.
9. No guarantee of performance
We do not guarantee any result. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Any performance information we publish is for the signals as published, and does not represent the results of any actual subscriber account. Your results will differ, because execution, slippage, spreads, commissions, position sizing, and which signals you choose to take all vary.
10. Your responsibility
Every order you place is your own decision and your own responsibility. You decide whether to act on a signal, what size to trade, where to place your stop, and when to exit. You are responsible for understanding the instruments you trade and the rules of your broker.
11. Intellectual property
All signals, commentary, written material, and site content are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use for the duration of your subscription. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Delivery depends on third-party platforms including Telegram and email providers, and we are not responsible for their delays, outages, or failures.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Service, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the signal channel before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law rules. [CHOOSE ONE: Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE]. — OR — ADD AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE HERE IF YOUR LAWYER RECOMMENDS ONE.]
